Demo Mode (See How It Works)

  1. 1On the Tournaments page, tap the "SEE HOW IT WORKS" button at the top.
  2. 2You get a one-time, 5-minute window to explore every organizer feature — no subscription required.
  3. 3A live countdown shows your remaining demo time. After it expires, the demo cannot be restarted on this device.

Organizer Subscription

  1. 1To create tournaments permanently, subscribe to Tournament Organizer Access from the banner on the Tournaments page.
  2. 2Complete the secure Stripe checkout. Your subscription activates automatically once payment succeeds.
  3. 3Admins always have full access without a subscription.

Creating a Tournament

  1. 1On the Tournaments page, tap "New Tournament".
  2. 2Enter the tournament name, sport, description, start and end dates, and optional rules.
  3. 3Save to create the tournament. It starts in "setup" status so you can add teams before going live.

Managing Teams & Rosters

  1. 1Open a tournament and use the Team Manager to add teams, assign seeds, and set coach emails.
  2. 2Expand a team to add players individually — name, jersey number, position, and notes.
  3. 3Use "Bulk Upload" to import an entire roster from a spreadsheet file at once.
  4. 4Team editing locks once the bracket is generated.

Generating Brackets

  1. 1With your teams seeded, tap "Generate Bracket" inside the tournament.
  2. 2A double-elimination bracket is created automatically — winners and losers brackets plus the grand final.
  3. 3The tournament status changes to "active" and matches become ready to schedule and score.

Scheduling Matches

  1. 1Open any match from the bracket view to edit it.
  2. 2Assign a location, a referee, and a scheduled time.
  3. 3Save to update the match. Scheduled matches appear on the Calendar and in referee schedules.

Scoring Matches & Crowning a Champion

  1. 1Open a scheduled or in-progress match and enter the scores for each team.
  2. 2Tied scores are rejected — one team must win.
  3. 3Saving a completed score automatically advances the winner (and drops the loser into the losers bracket if applicable).
  4. 4When the grand final is decided, the tournament champion is set automatically.

Tournament Rules

  1. 1Open a tournament and navigate to its Rules page.
  2. 2Rules entered during setup are displayed for players, coaches, and spectators to read.

Scoreboard & Exporting Results

  1. 1Open a tournament's Scoreboard to see live match results and bracket progress.
  2. 2Tap "Export Results" to generate a printable PDF report of the full tournament results.
  3. 3Share or print the PDF for record-keeping and awards.

Match Calendar

  1. 1Open the Calendar from the sidebar or bottom tab to see all scheduled matches across every tournament.
  2. 2Use it to find when and where games are happening at a glance.

Coach Portal

  1. 1Coaches sign in and open the Coach Portal to see only their teams.
  2. 2View and manage your roster — add or remove players for your assigned teams.
  3. 3See your upcoming match schedule so you know when and where your team plays.

Locations (Venues)

  1. 1Open Locations from the sidebar to manage your venues.
  2. 2Add a location with a name, address, and capacity.
  3. 3Edit or remove venues as your facility list changes. Locations are available when scheduling matches.

Referees & Referee Schedule

  1. 1Open Referees from the sidebar to add referees — name, email, phone, and certification.
  2. 2Assign referees to matches from the match editor.
  3. 3Referees view their own assignments on the "My Schedule" page by matching their email — no login needed to check assignments.

Equipment Marketplace

  1. 1Browse the Equipment catalog, filter by category or featured tournament, and search by name.
  2. 2Add items to your cart and open the cart drawer to adjust quantities.
  3. 3Checkout securely through Stripe. A success or cancellation message appears when you return.

AI Attendee Assistant

  1. 1Open the Assistant from the sidebar or bottom tab.
  2. 2Ask questions about tournaments, schedules, venues, and results in plain language.
  3. 3The AI assistant uses your app's live data to answer.

Scoreboard Insights

  1. 1Open Insights from the sidebar or bottom tab for AI-powered analysis of tournament results.
  2. 2Review trends, top performers, and patterns across completed matches.

Player Updates

  1. 1Open "My Matches" to see a player-specific view of upcoming and completed matches.
  2. 2Players and parents can track game times and locations for their team.

Profile & Account

  1. 1Open your Profile from the top-right icon to view your account details.
  2. 2Manage your account settings and, if needed, delete your account from the profile page.
